Create a play and invite friends

Register yourself and each participant if they are not already registered. It is ok to use the same password for all in your group invitation. They can change their passwords later if they want.

Choose a name for the play. Choose a selection of questions. Include participants by inserting e-mail and click on upcoming name. Recommended group size is 3-6 participants.

If not sitting in the same room use Phone conference, Skype, Zoom, Teams or other platform for your communication. You can also use the chat function on the website to communicate and motivate your responses.

When you are invited to play, click on the bell with a red dot on top of your screen to join the game.

The game starts when all have joined and the “Focus person” has got a question.

4 steps in the play:

1: In turn guess and explain what answer you think the “focus person” (the one who has got the question) makes.  You mark that response alternative and click “Answer”.

2: The “Focus person” explains and marks his/her answer and click “Answer”.

3: When all have clicked “Answer”, the answer and the guesses are displayed.  Discuss and give feedback.

4: A new question to a new focus person turns up when all have clicked “Next question”

Don´t forget to explain your guesses and your answers!

When all (20) questions in a play are answered an individual result is displayed on everyone’s screen..  “The Winner´s” Empathy window, your own Empathy window and the Empathy window for the group are presented. (When there are only two players the results are displayed as percentage.)

Note! The Empathy play is not a psychological test!  It is just a fun exercise to develop communication and Empathy.  Log in to play!
